This program provides essential trauma-based counselling and support for women who have experienced sexual assault, family/relationship violence, and/or childhood abuse.

All women, transgender, two-spirit, and gender-diverse individuals aged 19 and above are welcome to access in-person or phone counselling sessions Monday-Friday 8:30-12 and 1-4:30 .

Important: with only one consellor, our waitlist is currently several months. If you would like support sooner, our program assistant can help you find other counselling options. View the full update here.
